BBK Electronics china , the brand behind popular ViVo , OnePlus, and Oppo ( OnePlus parent company ) , is the second largest smartphones manufacturer world wide. BBK distinguished OnePlus from the two said brands for developing only one model at a time for the high end phone users, with an affordable price tag.

Till now OnePlus released 6 variants of the same , here is the list

The company skipped 4 for the reason 4 is counted as unlucky in china.

The phone is equipped with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 5. With fingerprint scanner below the 5.5″ Screen. On Backside the dual camera is placed on the top left corner with a Black logo placed on centre of the phone. Coming to the front , The selfie camera is on the top left corner. Volume Controls are placed on the left side with alert slider above it , Power button is on the right side of the phone.

This time OnePlus shipped with a 5.5 inch Quad HD AmoLED Display with 16M Colors , 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and 401 ppi pixel density. This a clear winner in terms of clarity and resolution. One touch read mode is switching this to a read friendly interface like that of kindle in no time.

Equipped with dual back cameras of 21 MP ( 2 X optical zoom ) . This is just ok, small aperture (f/1.7)  causes noisy pictures at low light conditions. Primary camera is 16 MP is just above average , but not the best n its class.

Camera got geo tagging , touch focus , face detection , HDR and Panorama

Sound

For better sound clarity , phone is enabled with Active noice cancellation with dedicated mic , Dirac HD Sound.

Battery

Another con. , 3300 Lithium Iron battery is enough for normal users, but for heavy usage you must carry the charger with. Charging is enabled with dash charger with quick charger 5V/4A , 20W power.

Software Platform

OnePlus Oxygen OS is not shipped with any blotware to slow you down. This is almost stock android ( Android 7.1.1 , Nougat) with light themes and few useful gestures to make life easier.
